Event Description

The Nebraska Economic Forecast is produced as a collaboration by the Nebraska Business Forecast Council and the Nebraska Bureau of Business Research (Bureau). The forecast includes the outlook for farm income and non-farm employment as well as expectations for key industries such as manufacturing, construction, health care, retail, finance, and services. National economic outlook and expected trends in both personal income and taxable sales in Nebraska are also among the top topics that are covered in the forecast.

Eric Thompson, Karl H. Nelson Professor of Economics, the director of the Bureau and the author of the final report, will host this webinar session. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts during the Q&A session. A full report will be available on the Bureau’s website on May 7. Please visit go.unl.edu/bin-archive to review or download the current and past Business in Nebraska (BIN) reports.

Please register to receive the webinar link and your online passcode. There is no cost for this webinar and the registration is open to the public. The last day for registration is May 6, 2020.
