Auto Bill Pay Change Notice

UNL Huskertech Phone Store is updating its AutoPay process. We now have a new and improved AutoPay program. All previous AutoPay accounts will end on June 23, 2016, with the data on the previous system being securely erased. No account data will be transferred from the old system. You will need to enter your Customer ID into the new system. It can be found on the top of your invoice.

To continue to use AutoPay, you will be required to sign up with your credit card information through a new, more secure web portal. Signing up only takes a few minutes, and we will continue to waive the $1.00 billing administrative fee for anyone on AutoPay. The new system features added security measures, as we take protecting your financial data very seriously. If you enroll before 12:00 pm, July 8, your payments will continue automatically without interruption.

To sign up on the new system go to: https://its-onlinepay.unl.edu and log in with your My.UNL username and password. There you can choose to make a one-time payment or enroll in the AutoPay program.

Enroll in AutoPay

  1. Go to: https://its-onlinepay.unl.edu and log in with your My.UNL username and password.
  2. Click ENROLL.

  3. Read the Terms & Conditions before you click I ACCEPT
  4. Provide the billing information for the credit card to be used for payment, and then click SAVE.
  5. You'll receive an email confirmation sent to the email you provided for your billing information.
    To view your account summary, click Back to account.

Edit the Credit Card used for AutoPay

  1. Go to: https://its-onlinepay.unl.edu and log in with your My.UNL username and password.
  2. Click EDIT.Account statement enrolled in Autopay
  3. Click CHANGE PAYMENT INFO.
  4. Edit the information necessary, and then click SAVE.

Cancel AutoPay

  1. Go to: https://its-onlinepay.unl.edu and log in with your My.UNL username and password.
  2. Click EDIT.Account statement enrolled in Autopay
  3. Click CANCEL AUTO-PAY.
  4. If you are certain this is the action you want to take, click CANCEL AUTO-PAY.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation notice to the email account associated with your My.UNL account.
