Class Full? Ask Instructor for an Override or Permission Code.

If the class does not open on MyRed, you can ask the instructor for permission to be in the closed course.

You have two options:
1. Ask the instructor for an OVERRIDE. If an instructor grants you permission to be in a course which is full, you will need an override form which can be picked up in the Division of General Studies. Instructors may have the form as well. The override form will need to be signed be the instructor first, an adviser second, and taken up to Records and Registration (Canfield 107) to be processed.

2. Instead of signing the override form, the instructor may just create a PERMISSION CODE. You can insert this code on MyRed to register for the course. No form is needed if a permission code is given.
