Reporting: Residents should report storm damages as soon as possible and file a claim with their insurance company now. Those without insurance should call 2-1-1.
Form 425. Nebraska property owners who suffer property losses or significant damages between January 1 and July 1, 2024, may file a Report of Destroyed Real Property, Form 425. This report must be filed with the County Assessor AND County Clerk on or before July 15. May 1, 2024 Press Release.
