Health/Medical Career Tracks
If you are interested in a career in the Health/Medical Sciences, sign up for ONE of the Health/Medical Career Tracks as your first choice.  During the Health/Medical Career Tracks you will rotate through a variety of different hands-on health/medical career sessions.  As the Health/Medical Tracks always fill up quickly, please select a medical track only if you are serious about a health profession.  Pick ONE of the Health/Medical Career Tracks.

The Assoc/Bachelors Track: If you pick Assoc/Bachelors Track, it will be the only career session you attend.  Career Examples:  Clinical laboratory science, physical therapy assistant, respiratory therapy, radiology technician, nursing, EMT/Paramedic, dental hygiene, pharmacy tech. Limited to 125 on first registered basis.

The Bachelors Plus Track:  If you pick Bachelors Plus Track, it will be the only career session you attend.  Career Examples:  Dentist, Medical doctor, Nurse practitioner, Behavioral health professional, physical/occupational therapist, podiatry, chiropractor, physician assistant, dietician, pharmacist, speech language pathologist. Limited to 175 on first registered basis.

NOTE:  Complete the Career Session section to identify alternate choices in the event the Health/Medical Career Track you have chosen becomes full.

2023 Northeast Nebraska Career Day activities will allow you to attend three (3) sessions to learn from those employed in the field.  Please review your career tests and think about your career goals to determine the career sessions you want to attend.

In the sections below, indicate which career you are most interested in the first section, second section, etc. You must make five different career choices.  We will do our best to place you in your top three choices when possible.

Break-out sessions are presentations from professionals and college students that are designed to help you think about preparing for life on your own.  You will attend two (2) break-out sessions.  In the sections below, indicate which break-out you are most interested in the first section, second section, etc. You must make four (4) different Break-out choices. Your counselor has a handout with a listing of the breakout sessions listed here for you to review prior to completing this registration form.
