This survey is designed to help the Douglas-Sarpy 4-H Program determine what workshops will be offered this summer that focus on fair projects or present learning opportunities for all youth ages 8-18!

Please select the top 5 workshops that your youth would be interested in attending!

Workshops are $10 for each workshop per youth. Please contact Mirissa Scholting at mscholting2@unl.edu for group rates.

Note: There will be a separate workshop for Clover Kid youth (ages 5-7).
