The Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts Alumni Board requests nominations from alumni and friends for awards to be given to outstanding alumni, students, and supporters of the College.

Next year’s Honors Day is Friday, April 26, 2024. Please fill out, print, sign and return the nomination form by Friday, Dec. 8, 2023.
Types of Awards
Alumni Achievement Award
This award is made to an alumnus who has demonstrated outstanding achievement and overall professional excellence. Three awards will be presented, one each in Art and Art History, Music (including Dance) and Theatre Arts (including Film and New Media). The Alumni Achievement Award recipients will be invited to interact with current students in classes during the alumni weekend.
Student Leadership Awards
Currently enrolled students or recent graduates of the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts who have demonstrated leadership in academics or in student life are eligible to be nominated.
Award of Merit
Presented to an individual, not necessarily an alumnus of the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts, who has demonstrated continued interest in the College and has shared his or her time, energy, and guidance.
