Growing Healthy Youth and Gardens
Welcome to the Growing Healthy Youth and Gardens program. Throughout this program, families will learn about growing a garden, healthy food options, and creating a menu through the "Learn, Grow, Eat, Go" curriculum. Families will have the opportunity to watch videos on their own time, compete in physical activities, and do some activities that encourage healthy youth and healthy gardens.

Upon completion of the registration form, you will be mailed some seeds to start your garden and some other supplies needed for participation in activities. We will also send your family an email with the link to the pre-recorded vidoes. You can watch these on your own time!

Once you are done with the videos, submit your pictures to Krosas2@unl.edu to be entered for some awesome prizes!

Youth do not need to be in 4-H to participate! If you are enrolled in 4-H, there will be some additional activities that result in projects for the county fair.
