4-H Clover  4-H Enrollment

The new 4-H year has begun! The current 4-H year began on October 1, 2023 and will go through September 30, 2024.  The 4-H enrollment system (4-H Online) is open; go to v2.4honline.com to enroll today!  If you were previously enrolled in 4-H, use your same login information from the previous year to enroll (please do not create a new account). New 4-H members may enroll anytime during the year; however in order to participate at the Hall County Fair, enrollment must be completed by June 15th. We ask returning 4-H members to re-enroll by March 15th.  Listed below are step-by-step guides to walk you through the process.

Important Update on Project Selection: Starting in the 2023-2024 program year, project selection is now optional. By successfully completing the 4-H member enrollment by the June 15th deadline, youth will be eligible to participate and exhibit in any project area, contest, county and state fairs. While project selection is optional, it is encouraged for youth to select projects they are interested in exploring. Please note:

  • Youth are only eligible to exhibit in a specific project area or contest in a single county.
  • Horse and shooting sports projects will continue to require project enrollment due to the parental consent required to participate in these projects.

If you have any questions regarding the enrollment process, please call the Extension Office at 308-385-5088. We are here to help!

Choose what works best for your family!

  • A 4-H Community Club is an organized group of youth, led by an adult, that provides a series of educational experiences. 4-H clubs typically have elected officers and a set of rules approved by the membership to govern the club.
  • Families/youth may choose to participate in 4-H as Independent members, operating independently of a formal group setting, such as a club. This may be an individual or family learning effort.

We are always welcoming new clubs. 4-H clubs must have at least three families enrolled with five kids or more. If you would like to start your own 4-H club, please contact the Hall County Extension Office at (308) 385-5088 or check online for further details at http://4h.unl.edu/clubs. If you would like a current 4-H club to contact you with further information about their club, please contact the Hall County Extension Office.
