My name is Ted Hibbeler, and I am Lakota from the Sicangu Lakota Oyate’ (Rosebud Sioux Tribe) in South Dakota. I am the Tribal Extension Educator for Nebraska Extension, and my office has created the Native American Coalition (NAC) which builds relationships between Nebraska Extension and the Tribal communities in Nebraska.
