This 3-Week beginners program introduces participants to mindfulness meditation. Meditation is beneficial for reducing stress, controlling anxiety, and enhancing focus. The class discusses how to begin a meditation process and resources for retention. Participants will explore body and breath awareness meditation, guided meditation, and meditations for emotions, pain, and trauma. Techniques explored include RAIN, mindfulness, and movement meditation. Through participating in this program and engaging in journaling, you will be able to see improvement in your mental and emotional state, promoting awareness, healing, and insight.
