PCM Help Center Tour

Join fellow UAAD members over your lunch break for a tour of the People's City Mission (PCM) Help Center. PCM staff will provide an overview of the work done at the Help Center and the ways in which you can volunteer your time there. Additional ways that you can volunteer thoughout the year in other areas of the PCM outreach will be discussed as well.

Please plan to eat lunch before your arrival or after your departure from the tour; lunch is not provided and there will not be an area available to eat lunch on site.

We will meet at the People's City Mission Help Center, 6800 P Street, noon to 12:30 p.m., Thursday, September 27, 2018. The Help Center is not visible from O St., but is located in the building formerly occupied by Hancock Fabrics, and also near Joann Fabrics, Russ's Market, and Big Lots, with the closest major intersection being O St. and 66th St. or O St. and 70th St. Please meet at the south side entrance of the Help Center.
