Small Group Training
Small group training offers a unique opportunity that combines group fitness and personal training in one. A certified trainer will work with you and your group to make specialized workout programs based on your group’s goals. This is an affordable option for you and a group of friends/colleagues/etc. to work together to reach your fitness goals.
